I started this website with a mission: to provide essential information to visitors to China, to make your journeys as seamless as possible, to help make your China experience the best it can be!

A lot of the content is based off my own travel notes that I have used to help family and friends. Born and raised outside China, I returned several years ago for the long-term - completing one of my childhood’s ambitions. So, I can appreciate the foreigner’s perspective of travelling around China better than most, while having deep insider knowledge about everyday life in China.

I know that it is not easy for people outside of China to find up-to-date and relevant information. I hope this website can help guide your journey and solve common problems, giving you greater confidence in taking the plunge and enjoy what China has to offer.
